About the event

The Lodge at Fletchers Bridge is a 3-acre riverside garden nestled in a tranquil valley. The Lodge specialises in trees and shrubs chosen for their flowers, foliage and form, including 35 magnolia varieties, numerous cornus, viburnums, paulownias, davidia and acers. An informal setting complemented by ponds, waterfalls and spring flowers surrounding a gothic lodge. There is a regularly changing collection of modern sculptures displayed around the garden, some of which is on sale.

Mainly grass paths, good view of the garden from estate road elevated above the garden.

What to bring

This event will not be accepting payment by card due to poor mobile signal. Please bring cash to cover the entrance fee (£6) and any drinks, cake and plants you may wish to purchase.

To quench your thirst and sweet cravings, we will have delicious volunteer baked cakes, tea, coffee and other drinks for sale, so remember to bring cash. You can also buy a plant (or two or three) from the plant stall. All proceeds will go to the Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
