Seagrass Snorkel Safari
Join Falmouth Marine Conservation for an exciting Seagrass Snorkel Safari at Gylly Beach!
Immerse yourself in Cornwall's crystal-clear waters and discover the vibrant world beneath the surface. Led by the passionate experts from the Falmouth Marine Conservation team, this unique experience will give you an in-depth understanding of the vital role seagrass plays in our marine ecosystem.
As we snorkel through the seagrass meadows, you'll learn about the diverse species that thrive there, and you'll hear about the exciting efforts underway to protect these vital habitats right here in Cornwall.
After the safari, join us for a relaxing hot drink (BYO!) as we gather to reflect on your underwater experience. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts, and delve even deeper into the fascinating world of seagrass and marine life.
Rest assured, you're in good hands – all our guides are certified snorkel instructors or dive masters, ensuring your safety and comfort throughout the experience. Whether you're a seasoned snorkeler or a first-timer, you're welcome to join!
Important information:
- Participants must be 18 or older to join independently. Those aged 16 or 17 are welcome to participate when accompanied by an adult.
