Shoresearch is a user-friendly and fun method of exploring the shore and recording the species and habitats found there. Shoresearch Cornwall has been run by Cornwall Wildlife Trust since 2012 and in this time we have carried out hundreds of surveys and have trained over 200 volunteers. 

Forthcoming Wildlife Watch Events

Cornwall Wildlife Trust encourages naturalists, ecologists, geologists, and archaeologists to carry out research or surveys on our nature reserves. While most requests are welcomed, it is essential to obtain permission from us before any work begins.

We have secured funding for the 12-month development phase of Tor to Shore, Cornwall’s most ambitious project for nature – supporting wildlife across land and sea.
