Gardens across Cornwall fling open their gates for 2025 Open Gardens season
Our much-loved Open Gardens season returned for 2025, offering exclusive access to ten stunning private gardens across Cornwall, from 13th April to 14th September.
This year’s programme featured two exciting new gardens alongside returning favourites, each showcasing wildlife-friendly gardening and creative ways to adapt to a changing climate. Visitors enjoyed a variety of special events, including live music from the Garker Street Band, art displays, and wildlife experts. Alongside exploring these hidden gems, visitors indulged in home-baked cakes, cream teas, and refreshments, thanks to the generous support of sponsors Roddas, Boddingtons, Cornico, Cornish Scone Company, and Cornish Orchard.
Over the past 14 years, Open Gardens has raised more than £150,000 to support Cornwall Wildlife Trust’s vital conservation work. We are now planning for our Open Gardens 15th anniversary celebrations in 2026, so sign-up for our newsletter, follow our social media or pop back to our website to discover where we will be next year.
Whether you’re drawn to wildflower meadows, tranquil ponds, or beautifully cultivated borders, the Open Gardens series promises inspiration for every nature lover and gardening enthusiast. By coming along, you’ll not only enjoying a wonderful day out but also help to protect Cornwall’s wildlife and wild places.
