About the event
This forest bathing session will help you unplug from technology and slow down, bringing you into the here and now through practicing mindfulness techniques to de-stress and relax. As soon as you open your senses, you begin to allow connection with the natural world.
Joss is a qualified Forest Bathing Instructor and Natural Mindfulness guide and will be leading the sessions. She will guide you through a series of invitations that will aim to relax you and deepen your connection and love of nature. No prior experience or nature knowledge needed and don't worry, you're only bathing in the atmosphere of the forest... no water involved!
We will finish the session with warm drinks.
The session will be held at Cornwall Wildlife Trust's Five Acres nature reserve, Allet Common, Truro, TR4 9DJ.
Directions
If you are coming from East, turn of the A30 at Carland Cross and the sat nav should re-route you correctly. Otherwise it tries to make you turn off the A30 at a point you can't. If you miss the turn, don't worry just carry on and it will re-route you at Chiverton Cross.
For public transport, take the 85 bus from Truro.
