Membership thank-you offer for Seasalt Cornwall

1. Eligibility

2. Promotional Period

  • The offer runs from 1st – 31st May 2026.
  • Memberships purchased outside these dates won’t qualify for the thank‑you items.

3. Thank‑You Items

As a small gesture of thanks for joining through the Seasalt link, eligible supporters will receive:

  • A seagrass‑themed bookmark, included in the standard membership pack.
  • First access to the Seasonal Spotter’s Guide digital download.

These thank‑you items are provided at no additional cost, have no retail value, and are not membership benefits.

4. Delivery of Thank‑You Items

  • The bookmark will be sent with your standard membership pack.
  • The Seasonal Spotter’s Guide download link will be emailed once available.
  • Cornwall Wildlife Trust cannot take responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect supporter information.

5. Availability

  • Thank‑you items are subject to availability.
  • If needed, Cornwall Wildlife Trust may substitute an equivalent thank‑you item.

6. Gift Aid and VAT

  • These items are classed as insubstantial thank‑you gifts and do not affect Gift Aid eligibility.
  • No part of your membership payment is allocated to these items for VAT purposes.

7. Membership Terms

  • Standard Cornwall Wildlife Trust membership terms and conditions apply.
  • Cornwall Wildlife Trust is the contracting party for all memberships.

8. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be processed in line with the Cornwall Wildlife Trust Privacy Policy.
  • Seasalt Cornwall does not receive or process membership data.

9. Changes to the Offer

  • Cornwall Wildlife Trust may amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer if required.
  • Any changes will not affect supporters who have already joined within the promotional period.
