About the event

Owners Karen and Matthew took on the stewardship of Hole Farm nine years ago. With a love of the natural world, they set about nurturing the established specimen trees and shrubs and have so far planted more than 2,500 additional trees and hedgerow plants. With a young orchard, a pond where you may meet a confusion of guinea fowl, and areas for stunning flowers sitting among cultivated and wild spaces, there’s something to discover everywhere you look. Walk the historic Holloway down a slope to the stream where deer, polecats, otters, stoats, badgers and fox are all a regular presence. Bird life abounds. The couple are keen to share Hole Farm with others, offering space for creatives, hosting regular concerts in the summer months, and cultivating a setting where people can enjoy natural beauty and tranquillity.
