About the event

In this new addition to the Open Gardens programme, there is a natural swimming pond surrounded by lush vegetation, a beautiful Italianate sunken garden with cobblestones on the ground, a lemon tree centre stage, and two massive Chusan palms (Trachycarpus fortunei) on either side. It also features huge banana plants in the corners.

In addition, Trelan has a fern garden, numerous young trees and countless tree echiums (Echium pininana). It really is a feast for the eyes. The meadow beside the house will hopefully be full of wildflowers, too - it will be in its first year, so anticipation is high!
