Business Support Manager
This exciting and varied role involves the management and development of fundraising and profile-raising activities for Cornwall Wildlife Trust, leading on its Business Supporter scheme and supporting the Head of People and Engagement.

A background in fundraising, people and project management, and working for a charity is essential. It is also important to be articulate and engaging, with previous experience in developing high-profile relationships. An enthusiasm for wildlife and nature conservation would be an advantage. This role will suit a person who is used to working with budgets, in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organisation and communication skills.
The role includes:
- Identifying and engaging with local and national businesses to encourage business membership, sponsorships, visitor gifting schemes, ad hoc prizes and in-kind support for Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
- Line Management of the Trust’s Community Fundraising Officer and Marketing and Fundraising Administrator.
- Marketing the Business Supporter scheme through communication and promotion via digital media, traditional media and corporate events.
- Development of the Trust’s Cornwall Good Seafood Guide Supporter scheme.
This is a full time permanent role; working times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm based at CWT HQ, Allet, Truro, TR4 9DJ.
