Voting now open for Cornwall Wildlife Trust's People's Choice Award

Wildlife lovers across Cornwall are being invited to cast their vote and choose their favourite photograph from the 2026 finalists in the Cornwall Wildlife Trust photography competition.

The People's Choice Award gives members of the public the opportunity to celebrate the stunning wildlife, landscapes and natural moments captured by photographers from across Cornwall. Voting is now open online, with the winning image to be announced in early December.

The competition showcases some of the finest wildlife photography and is a celebration of both Cornwall's wildlife and wild places and a reflection of the challenges facing our natural world.

Faye Treffry, Brand & Communications Manager at Cornwall Wildlife Trust says:

“We had some brilliant entries into this year’s competition, and the judges had a hard job whittling hundreds of photographs into just 30 finalists. Now, we’re excited to see what the public think and which image will be chosen as the People’s Choice Award in 2026.”

The public can browse the shortlisted photographs and cast their vote online via this link, and all images are on display at Truro cathedral until November 22nd, with voting closing on the same day.
