About the event

Do you know your brittlegills from your milkcaps? Or your parasols from your dapperlings? In this workshop, we will cover the basics of identifying macrofungi by looking at the features of the fruiting bodies, i.e. the mushrooms or toadstools. Whether you are a complete beginner or a more seasoned recorder looking to refresh your skills, with Pauline Penna at the helm, this workshop is sure to help you improve your knowledge and build confidence in recording fungi.

The event is being held in Trebah House and includes a walk around the Garden. Toilets including disabled loo available in the visitor centre. There is a circular, step-free route around the garden, although as a valley garden there are hills in places and manual wheelchairs are not recommended. There are many benches throughout the garden. If you have any access requirements, please call 01326 252200.
