Join Cornwall Wildlife Trust and the associated Your Shore Network groups for a packed week of brilliant activities and events during National Marine Week!
From Saturday 25th July to Sunday 2nd August, we'll be celebrating and learning about our Cornish coastlines and marine life, why they're important and how to protect them.
Join the CWT Marine Team at Cape Cornwall on Friday 31st July for an exciting rockpooling session exploring the rugged west Cornwall Coastline above and below the surface
Rockpooling with added adventure! Join Matt and Gemma, marine officers with Cornwall Wildlife Trust to explore along the shore reaching secret rockpooling spots and exploring above and below the surface too! We will all be wearing wetsuits and bringing masks and snorkels to allow us to look up close at the animals we find in the rockpools and shallow waters along the shore!
Booking essential: Numbers are limited by tickets- Not suitable for children under the age of 10.
Please note all Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (who is also taking part and who has a ticket! )
Please bring wetsuits and old trainers or beach shoes. Snorkels and dive masks can be borrowed.
Access is over large slippery boulders and you need to be fit and mobile and a good swimmer to take part.
