About the event

The scarcity of unimproved, neutral grassland in Cornwall makes Sylvia’s Meadow one of the most important wildflower meadows in the county. Supporting seven orchids and a wealth of other species, the reserve is at its finest in June.

The site will be open to the public from 10:30 – 16:00, with staff on hand to talk about the history of meadow and show visitors some of the wildlife highlights. Guided walks take place at 11:00 and 14:00.
