About the event

Join Cornwall Wildlife Trust's communities team to find out about some tips and tricks on how to run an engaging community conservation event.

From beach cleans to rockpool rambles, woodland walks to pond dips, we'll be talking about the steps you need to take to put on a fun event for your local community.

This is an excellent opportunity for members of CWT associated local groups who want to get more involved to learn about the practicalities of running public events as well as building the confidence to take on a leadership role.

  • Promoting your event
  • Logistics
  • Health & Safety - risk assessments
  • Briefing your participants
  • Group discussion and Q&A

When: Thursday 7th May - 6:00pm

Where: Online (Zoom) - meeting details will be emailed the day before the session

Who: This event is aimed at associated group members but we welcome anyone who is interested in getting involved in the Network.

Cost: £5 and FREE to attend for CWT associated group members*
