About the event

Join Cornwall Wildlife Trust and Looe Marine Conservation group for a magical evening on the rocky shore.

Marine experts will lead you on a fascinating rockpool ramble under torch light to discover what happens after dark, exploring intertidal rockpools after dark using UV torches to observe biofluorescent marine life

What creatures will we discover?

 

Where? Hannafore Beach, Looe

When? Saturday 29th November - 5-7pm

Who? All ages welcome (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times)

How much? Donate what you can (all proceeds go towards supporting the marine work of Cornwall Wildlife Trust)

Meeting point at the top of the slipway by the beach cafe

Parking is available along marine drive

This event is weather dependant and you will be contacted at least 4 hours prior to cancellation

What to bring

We will provide torches and UV lights but make sure to wear appropriate footwear for rockpooling - wellies strongly recommended and wrap up warm.

If you don't own a pair of wellies, get in touch and we can lend you some!
