ERCCIS Wildlife Information Officer
Working within the Environmental Records Centre for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (ERCCIS) team, we are looking for someone with a passion for wildlife to join Cornwall Wildlife Trust. In this role you will deliver ERCCIS public facing wildlife enquiries function, ensuring all enquires are dealt with to a high standard.

ERCCIS’s core aims are to provide accurate, relevant and up to date information about wildlife in Cornwall. You will be the public face of this service, facilitating question and information requests from the public, wildlife trust members and partner organisations to be answered directly by yourself or via one of the experts with ERCCIS and Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
You will use phone, email and face to face communication to deliver our wildlife information service and deliver information products (graphical and web) to answer public requests, frequently asked questions and showcase the evidence that ERCCIS hosts and disseminates. You will also be responsible for recording these interactions for reporting and to ensure the service delivers value for Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
Dealing with a plethora of different wildlife enquiries, great customer service and ability to work with a small, but busy team with minimal supervision are key to excelling in the role.
This role is a part time (22.5 hours per week) fixed term contract until Friday 11 September 2020, based at CWT HQ, Allet, Truro. TR4 9DJ.
