Welcome to Cornwall Wildlife Trust's events calendar. Everyone is welcome to attend our events which are held all over Cornwall. Events range from walks and talks to working parties and evening get togethers.

Donations from non-members are appreciated and all children must be accompanied by adults unless otherwise stated.

BOOKING ESSENTIAL. Open event. Join us at Allet to celebrate the international year of biodiversity as we undertake a ‘BioBlitz’. A comprehensive field survey of two of Cornwall Wildlife Trust reserves and its Headquarters. With the help of local experts you will learn ways to identify the various types of wildlife found in Cornwall and have the chance to find out more about the importance of biological recording to nature conservation in Cornwall. A gentle walk around Cornwall Wildlife Trust Black Head nature reserve with our local wildlife expert Catriona Burt. Beautiful views over to Gribbin Head. As high tide is 1.30pm we will walk the Coast path around to the Hallane beach for a picnic. The event is free.

Warden's Walk around St. George's Island
EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED. To get onto reserve list contact warden below. Afternoon event – details on enquiry. Take a boat trip to our unique reserve and join the warden for an escorted walk around the Island. During the 2 hour visit we’ll help you spot the Island’s key wildlife. You’ll also learn about the Trust’s work and the challenges of Island life. Contact St George’s Island for more information and to book your place. Sorry, no dogs.

Fowey VMCA Bats - A Guided Walk and Explanatory Talk
BOOKING ESSENTIAL. Although thought of as a terrestrial species, bats rely heavily on the habitats of the coastline for their feeding and survival. Carol Williams will share her knowledge and expertise to tell us about these charismatic little flying mammals. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
