Following the stepping down of some of our long serving Trustee’s, Cornwall Wildlife Trust are looking for new members to join its friendly Board of Trustees.

As a Trustee, you will have the opportunity to help steer the strategic direction of the largest conservation charity in Cornwall.

Our Trustees bring a wide range of knowledge, expertise and experience to the charity and are responsible for approving our strategic plans, annual budget and Annual Report & Accounts.  Trustees are appointed from our membership at the Annual General Meeting of the Trust each year.

This role offers the chance to contribute your expertise and experience to help Cornwall Wildlife Trust meet its objectives across widely diverse activities.

The Council includes Trustees from commercial, academic and third sector environments who draw on and develop their skills as part of a lively and passionate group of committed professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation of the Trust’s mission and be dedicated to making a positive difference through this influential conservation institution. This is a volunteer role so is not remunerated, but expenses will be paid.
