Getting involved
Many hundreds of volunteers have helped on St George's Island over the years. Cornwall Wildlife Trust has a long tradition of volunteering and this continues today through the Trust’s volunteer work groups, specific events and longer-term residential placements.
For details of how to be involved with our work, please see the What’s on section of this website.
For more information about Looe VMCA events or volunteering opportunities contact Abby Crosby, Marine Conservation Officer, through our enquiry page or on 07917 765581.
Long-term volunteer placements are designed to provide experience in practical conservation and estate and visitor management. For these placements please visit the volunteering section of our website or contact Ba Whitehead, Central Services Manager on 01872 273939 ext 278. Volunteer opportunities can also be found on the Countryside Job Service website.
