Management of nature reserves

Cornwall's wildlife and landscapes are diverse and varied. Humans have had a great deal of influence on these landscapes and elements of past management often hold the key to how a nature reserve should be managed for the future benefit of wildlife.

Cornwall Wildlife Trust has many examples of important wildlife habitats across its nature reserves, for all of which there is a detailed management plan implemented by a combination of skilled staff and volunteers.
